Alkalizing your body is the first step in balancing your body’s alkaline to acid state. It is best to eat organic foods whenever possible, but when it is not possible, be sure to wash your produce well to eliminate the pesticides from the skins.  Drink plenty of good healthy water.

Consuming an alkaline diet will help, but many find it way too difficult to stick to such a strict regimen.  Most people do not want to give up their meat and potatoes, occasional alcoholic beverage or the occasional junk food.  Many people don’t have a deep desire to become a strict vegetarian, so alkalizing then becomes a big challenge.  This is where Kangen Water® comes in.
